What happens on your first visit?
We know that visiting somewhere new can feel worrying. Here is exactly what will happen, step by step, so there are no surprises.
You get in touch
Call us or send an email. We will have a friendly chat about who you are and what kind of support you are looking for. No pressure at all.
We arrange a visit
We invite you to come and look around. You can meet the team, see the space, and ask any questions. You can bring a family member or carer with you.
We build your care plan
Together, we write a care plan that is just for you. It covers what you enjoy, what you find difficult, and what you would like to work on.
You start at your own pace
You can start with one day a week and build up gradually. We will always go at the pace that feels comfortable for you.
We collect you from home
Our team picks you up from your front door and brings you home at the end of the day. Transport is included.
You are always in control
You choose which activities you take part in. You can say no to anything. Your comfort and happiness always come first.

Practical skills training covering daily tasks, communication, cooking, and more. All tailored to help each person build the independence that matters most to them and their family. We meet everyone exactly where they are.

Every service user has their own care plan, written with them and their family or carer. Plans are reviewed regularly to reflect changing needs. You are always part of the conversation and always in control.
