2

We arrange a visit

We invite you to come and look around. You can meet the team, see the space, and ask any questions. You can bring a family member or carer with you.

3

We build your care plan

Together, we write a care plan that is just for you. It covers what you enjoy, what you find difficult, and what you would like to work on.

4

You start at your own pace

You can start with one day a week and build up gradually. We will always go at the pace that feels comfortable for you.

5

We collect you from home

Our team picks you up from your front door and brings you home at the end of the day. Transport is included.
